Mutton Sukka

1/2 kg mutton (serves 4)

Ingredients

1/2 kg mutton

1 onion

1 tomato

1 Tablespoon mix masala (substitute chilli powder)

1 tsp Garam masala

1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste

1-2 Green Chilly

Coriander leaves chopped

1 tbsp mint leaves (hand torn)

Salt

2 tbsp Oil

1/2 cup water

Directions

Wash and salt the mutton.

Grind the onion and tomato to a paste.

Combine all ingredients. (Add extra oil if required)

Cover and keep for 30 minutes (optional).

Put the mutton in the pressure cooker. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for 7-8 whistles.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and / or fried chillies (optional)
