1 6oz. box Orange Jell-o
2c. Hot Water
1c. Cold Water
16oz. Cool Whip
2 14oz. cans Mandarin Oranges (Roland brand unsweetened in water is best)
Directions
Mix Jell-o 2c. hot water and 1c cold water.
Place in fridge to allow to begin setting for about 15~30min. Long enough that it doesn't feel too hot or that it's too cool and has started going gooey.
Mix in Cool Whip and 1~2 cans mandarin oranges to your desired fruit level(well drained). May need to use whisk to incorporate Cool Whip well. May need to let start to set then stir a bit to pull oranges up from bottom and mix throughout more.
Place in fridge to finish setting. Overnight is best.

** Maybe try a version with a vanilla pudding packet in it someday? Look up a recipe to get proportions right. **
