Blueberry Kuchen (German Dessert)

Ingredients

Crust:

1 cup flour

2 tablespoon sugar

1/2 cup butter

2 tablespoons white vinegar

Filling:

3 cups blueberries

2/3 cap sugar

2 tablespoon flour

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

To make crust:

Blend flour and sugar. Cut in butter until you make fine crumbs. Sprinkle in vinegar. Stir gently until crumbs. Hold together. Place in a 9 inch removable pan.

To make filling:

Mix, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over berries.

Back at 400° for 50 to 60 minutes until the berries bubble. Remove from oven and add an additional half cup blueberries. Cool.
