Favorite Pot Roast

3 to 4 -lb beef chuck roast
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp/ seasoned salt
1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
**ADD:
Celery
1 tbsp. instant minced onions
1 cup beef bouillon
Directions
1. Rub all sides of meat with salt. seasoned salt, seasoned pepper, and paprika.
2. In slow-cooking pot, place celery on bottom of pot and add combine seasoned beef with onion and bouillon.
3. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or until meat is tender. Remove from pot; slice.
Notes
If gravy is preferred, thicken juices with flour dissolved in a small amount of water after removing meat from pot.
In presser cooker cook 30 minutes
