4 Boiled Eggs
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
½ tsp Fennel Seeds
2 Cardamom
3 Cloves
1 inch Cinnamon
3 Onions finely chopped
½ inch Ginger finely chopped
4 Garlic Pods finely chopped
1 Tomato finely chopped
3 Green Chilly split halves
2 tsp Pepper Powder
½ tsp Chilly Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
½ Garam Masala
¼ Turmeric Powder
1 stem Curry Leaves
2 cup Hot Water
1 tsp Salt
Directions
Heat coconut oil in a kadai and sauté fennel seeds, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon for few seconds.
Then add onion and sauté until onion is soft and cooked (which is just started to change color to light brown).
Add ginger, garlic, pepper powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt.
Sauté until raw smell of masala, ginger and garlic is gone.
Then add tomato and continue sauté until when tomato become soft.
Add hot water, green chilly and curry leaves.
Stir well and allow to cook gravy for 10 minutes.
Then add boiled egg and cook for 5 minutes.
Rest curry for 5 minutes and ready to serve.
