Air Fryer Salmon Teryaki

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets 5oz each

½ cup soy sauce

¼ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon ginger (grated)

1 teaspoon garlic (grated)

1 teaspoon sesame oil

3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

1 teasspoon sesame seeds

¼ cup water mixed with 3 tablespoons of corn starch

Directions

Portion salmon into 5oz fillets.

In a small saucepot, combine all of the Teriyaki Sauce ingredients together with a whisk. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 4 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Spread ½ of the marinade on a casserole dish and place salmon on top. Coat the salmon on all sides and let marinate flesh side down for 10 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place salmon skin-side down. Cook for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F

Remove the salmon from the airy fryer. Top with more teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, and sliced green onions.
