Another Lasagna

1/3 cup olive
2 cups minced onions
2 cloves of garlic minced
2 lbs. ground chuck
2 large cans peeled whole to-
matoes chopped up
4 – 8 oz. tomato sauce
2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. onion salt
Lasagna noodles
2 tsp. salt for boiling noodles
1 1/2 lbs. ricotta cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Use part of the olive oil to
brown onions and garlic and
then the ground chuck. Add
next 5 ingredients and simmer
till cooked down.
• Prepare lasagna noodles in the
salted water.
• Mix ricotta cheese mozzarella
cheese and cottage cheese to-
gether. Use remaining olive oil
to coat bottom of lasagna pan.
Arrange in layers - lasagna,
meat, ricotta, parmesan, lasa-
gna and continue till all ingre-
dients are used.
