Onion Soup Pork Chops

Ingredients

6 rib or loin pork chops, 1-inch • thick

1 T. flour

1 (1 1/2) oz) pkg. dehydrated onion soup mix

2 1/2 cup boiling water celery leaves or parsley

1 cup sour cream

Directions

Brown chops lightly in hot skillet; place in baking pan. Pour fat from skillet, leaving about 1 tablespoon in pan; add flour and onion soup mix.

Blend in water. Pour over chops; cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min- utes. Uncover and bake for 30 to 40 minutes longer or until tender. Remove from oven. Place chops on serving plate; garnish with celery leaves. Blend sour cream into liquid in pan and heat. Serve with meat.
