Cinnamon roll cookies: for the filling: 6 tablespoon butter and 3/4 c brown sugar with 1.5 tablespoon cinnamon.
Make into marbles and freeze.
Dough: 2 sticks (1c) salted butter, 1 and 3/4 c sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 3.5 c flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 3/4 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp cream of tartar. Mix and then add frozen cinnamon marbles and mix slightly. Scoop and roll in cinnamon sugar and place on lined sheet and bake 350 for 11-12 minutes
