1 large can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
½ cup water
½ cup olive oil
½ cup tahini
1.5 tbsp white vinegar (more or less to taste)
1 tbsp lemon juice (more to taste)
½ head garlic, roasted or 1 clove, raw
1 tsp cumin
Pinch of salt
Paprika and cayenne to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until creamy
Adjust spices to taste, and transfer to a container to refrigerate
