Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Salmon

Ingredients

1 lb salmon

4 tbsp ghee (or clarified butter)

2 tb honey

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 lemon lemon

1 tsp kosher salt

2 tbsp butter

1 head broccoli (cut into florettes)

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 lb baby red potatoes

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried parsley

1/4 fresh grated parmesan

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. In a sauce pan over medium-low heat, melt butter, lemon, honey, garlic and salt stirring occasionally.

Place broccoli on sheet pan with slices of butter, salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, toss potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley. Place on sheet pan and grate fresh parmesan over them.

Place salmon on the sheet pan and pour the honey garlic butter sauce over it. Place in the oven and cook 20-25 minutes, until salmon is no longer opaque in the center. Enjoy!
