Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

1 1/3 cup coconut oil

6 eggs

3 cups cane sugar

1 can 29oz 100 pure pumpkin

1. 1/3 cups water

5 cups flour

3 tsp baking soda

3. 1/4 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons salt

3. 1/2 teaspoons cloves

3. 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg

3. 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

.5 cup walnuts

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350.

Sift, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices together, set aside.

Be together oil, egg, sugar, pumpkin, and water. Mix thoroughly blend in flour sifted with soda powder, salt, and spices. Turn in nuts and dates. Turn into grease ( I use c coconut oil )pan and bake at 350 for one and a half hours or until done for small bread pans bake for an hour.

Notes

When cooking with coconut oil, be sure everything is at room temperature. Add coconut oil slowly.
