Vegan Spicy Smashed Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

1½ lb Brussels sprouts

2 tbsp Sriracha

¼ cup Nutritional yeast

4 tbsp Garlic & herb seasoning

½ tsp Sea salt

Balsamic glaze

Directions

Bring a pot of water to a boil, and preheat the oven to 400F.

Trim the ends off your Brussels sprouts, then boil for 8 to 10 minutes.

Drain then shock under cold water.

Transfer to a bowl with remaining ingredients apart from the balsamic glaze. Mix well.

Transfer to a baking sheet, and smash with the bottom of a cup. Add more seasonings and salt on top as desired. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until crispy.

Finish off with a balsamic glaze.
