4 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon dill
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 cups of each chicken broth and beef broth(enough to cover the meat) Or water and boullion cubes(beef and chicken) or better than boullion
1 (3 pound) pork shoulder roast
For sandwiches:
Ciabatta or bread of choice
Dijon mustard
Dill pickle slices
Heated ham slice
Sliced provolone cheese
Directions
Combine spices and lime juice to make a paste. Rub on pork. Add to a slow cooker with the broth. Cover and cook overnight 12-18 hours
When pork is finished, assemble the sandwiches with remaining ingredients
