Blueberry Crumble

5 tablespoons salted butter, cold, divided
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup all-purpose flour, plus 1 tablespoon
¼ cup granulated sugar, plus 1 tablespoon
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2 Coat the inside of an 8-by-8-inch square baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.
3 Add the berries to the baking dish, and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and the lemon juice. Toss gently to mix.
4 In a separate bowl, combine the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter, ½ cup of flour, ¼ cup of sugar, and the lemon zest. Use two butter knives to cut through the butter until the mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs. Sprinkle the mixture over the berries.
$ Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the berries are bubbling and the top is beginning to brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
