Rice, Chicken And Broccoli

1 Tbsp Corn starch
5 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Chicken breasts, diced in cubes
2 Tbsp sherry vinegar
4 tsp White Sugar
2 tsp white vinegar
Vegetable Oil
Dried red pepper flakes
1 broccoli florets, chopped into small chunks
cooked rice
Directions
Blend cornstarch and 1 tbsp soy sauce in a bowl
Add chicken and set aside
Mix remaining 4 tbsp soy sauce, sherry, sugar and vinegar. Set aside.
Steam broccoli, set aside.
Heat oil in wok and add red pepper flakes, stir fry till black (10 seconds-ish)
Add chicken and stir fry until cooked. You can add a tbsp of soy mix near end if needed.
Once chicken is cooked, add cooked broccoli. Stir well.
Add the soy sauce mixture. Stir well
Spoon serving over cooked rice
