COOKIES Homemade Peppermint Pattys

– 1/4 cup softened butter
– 1/3 cup light corn syrup
– 1 to 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
– 3 cups of powdered sugar
Chocolate bark for dipping
Directions
– Combine butter, corn, syrup, extract, and sugar in mixer.
- Mix for about three minutes and Toto is formed
- Roll dough into patties and flatten. Put onto parchment paper.
– Freeze patties for 10 to 15 minutes
– Dip using dipping fork in chocolate bark
– Refrigerate (not necessary, but preferred)
