Easy Pan Fried Gnocchi

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Olive oil

16 oz package gnocchi

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

Pinch of salt and pepper

Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Fresh basil (for serving)

Directions

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add gnocchi and sauté for 5 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Add butter and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, until wilted. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well and sauté 2-3 minutes, until garlic is fragrant.

Top with parmesan cheese and fresh basil and serve.
