Pecan Tassies

Ingredients

1 cup butter

6 oz cream cheese

2 cups flour

3 eggs

2 ¼ cups brown sugar

1 tsp salt

3 Tbsp melted butter

½ tsp vanilla

1 ½ cups finely chopped pecans

Directions

Mix butter, cream cheese, and flour. Shape into 48 small balls. Press balls on bottom and sides of miniature cupcake pans to form crusts; set aside. Beat eggs slightly. Add brown sugar, salt, butter, vanilla, and nuts. Pour mixture into prepared crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Carefully remove from tins.

Notes

Use miniature cupcake tins and paper liners. These are time consuming to make but taste great.
