3/4 lb lasagna noodles
2 cups cottage cheese
3 cups grated mozzarella
2 bunches spinach
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
Directions
Wash spinach, shake dry. Cook with no added liquid. Squeeze to drain and chop fine .
Cook noodles until almost tender, cool under cold water and layout.
Grease 9x13x2 1/2 baking dish and assemble with alternating noodle orientation:
