860g 2% milk (fairlife)
2 egg yolk
10g vanilla extract
Seeds from 1 vanilla bean
90g swerve
2g xanthan gum
2g salt
Directions
(Makes 3)
Mix wet and dry separately
Use immersion blender to slowly mix the two and go on for an extra 90s
Freeze for 24 hrs
When ready, run under hot water for 60s, dry, and use ice cream function
Respin 1-2x and then add in desired toppings, use mix in function
Notes
For cookie dough topping: make small balls and freeze prior
For Oreo topping: place Oreos off center and use mix in function
For mini chocolate chip: store in fridge
