Swedish Pancakes

3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup flour
1 to 3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Stir in milk, add dry ingredients. Melt butter in fry pan, pour batter to make large thin cakes. Turn when lightly brown.
Notes
Serve with syrup, whipped cream, jelly, fresh strawberries, or ice cream. Ice cream was my all time favorite as a kid!
