Ingredients

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Rice Vinegar

2 tbsp Sesame Oil

2 cloves Garlic

2 tsp Sugar

50g Sesame Paste

1 tbsp Chili Oil

1 Cucumber

Fresh Noodles

½-1 cup Noodle Water

Sesame Seeds

Directions

Wisk together Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Garlic, Sugar, Sesame Paste and Chili Oil. Set aside.

Slice cucumber into ribbions. Set aside.

Prepaire noodles. Save 1 cup of water to thicken sauce
