Grilled Peaches with a Thai Sauce

Fish sauce

Palm sugar (light brown sugar or raw sugar will work)

Fresh lime juice

Thai chile

Peaches

Thai basil

Directions

Make a quick sauce by whisking together fish sauce, palm sugar (light brown sugar or raw sugar will do), fresh lime juice, and sliced Thai chile.

Then grill halved peaches to get those nice marks on the flesh side; take them off before they get mushy.

Drizzle the sauce over, then tear some Thai basil on top. It's great with grilled swordfish.
