Vintage Banana Nut Bread

2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup banana
5 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional:
Nuts
Directions
Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
Cream the sugars and butter together.
Lightly beat in one egg and add the bananas & vanilla. Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Stirring the milk and nuts.
Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
Makes one loaf.
