Garlic Honey Soy Sauce

1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 ct. garlic clove (minced (about 1 tbsp.))
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
⅓ cup honey
⅓ cup water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
Add the olive oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes to a pan and cook on medium heat until fragrant.
Pour the rest of the ingredients into the pan. Cook for about 15 minutes, until the sauce begins to reduce.
Turn down heat to low and let the sauce simmer until it’s at your desired consistency. I like to make this sauce a little thick but still fluid enough to quickly drizzle on what I'm eating!
Serve over chicken, veggies, shrimp, or stir fry. Enjoy!
