Cilantro-Lime Hummus

1 bunch of cilantro
4-8 cloves garlic (optionally roasted)
Juice of 3 limes
4 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp tahini
2 cans chickpeas
1 tsp salt
Directions
Peel chop and optionally roast garlic.
Wash and cut cilantro stalks.
Add cilantro to blender
Add 1 can of chickpeas with liquid from can.
Drain 1 can of chickpeas and add chickpeas to blender.
Add remaining ingredients to blender
Start blending on low speed, slowly increasing to maximum speed. Stop when desired consistency is reached.
Optionally chill in refrigerator before serving.
