Spiced Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients

1 cup yogurt

1 apple (half grated, half diced)

1 tbs cinnamon

40 g oats

Walnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions

1. Add grated apples, yogurt, and cinnamon and mix

2. Dice the other half of the apple

3. Optional: toast the diced apples with some oats and walnuts in a pan

4. Add the diced apples and a small dollop of yogurt on top with a drizzle of honey
