It was actually good timing because I Made a batch of garlic confit yesterday so I had everything I needed. And Marcelle was right. This pasta (really everything made by Jane) was fire 🔥 🔥🔥
Roasted Garlic butter Farfalle
1 lb farfalle pasta (Jane used 1/2 a box but that won’t work with my kids)
1 stick of softened salted butter (1/2 cup)
15 roasted garlic cloves
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese for topping
1/3 cup chopped parsley
Directions
Add the roasted garlic cloves and chili flakes to the stick of butter and mix in well using a fork. Set aside.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions, making sure to set aside 1/3 cup of pasta cooking water. Drain the pasta and put it in a bowl.
I then added 4 heaping tbls of garlic butter to the hot pasta and stirred to combine. Stir in the heavy cream until the pasta looks silky and creamy. At this point add in the Parmesan, chopped parsley and if you wanted the pasta a bit looser, some of the pasta cooking water.
