Creamy Garlic Farfalle with Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients

3-4 chicken breasts (marinate and cook following Balsamic Chicken recipe) sliced

1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

16 oz. farfalle pasta (bow tie), cooked al dente

Sauce:

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup butter

4 cloves garlic

Sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Pepper to taste

Directions

In sauté pan melt butter and sauté garlic and mushrooms. Add whipping cream and cheese and whisk together until cheese is melted and sauce has thickened slightly (about 3-4 minutes). Add bacon and pour over pasta. Top with the sliced Balsamic Chicken and serve.
