Ingredients

2 Cups flour

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 tea baking powder

1/2 tea baking soda

1/2 tea salt

2 eggs

1 Cup milk

1/2 cup butter

1 tea vanilla

2 ounces baking chocolate

40 - 45 min

To make into pb cupcakes take out middle add on frosting
