Chipotle Crema for Tortilla Salad

2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
½ lime (juiced)
1 clove garlic

Add Ingredients
In a food processor, add the mayo, sour cream, chipotle peppers (plus a little additional sauce), lime juice, garlic and a pinch of salt.
Blend
Process until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Taste Test
Taste test to see if you need to add any more lime juice or salt.
