Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger Sliders

Ingredients

12 pack King's Hawaiian Rolls

1 lb ground beef

1 chopped onion

2 TBSP butter

1/2 tsp of salt and pepper

1 tsp each smoked paprika and garlic powder

American cheese

homemade burger sauce - 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/8 cup mustard, 1 TBSP sweet relish

Directions

Add the chopped onion to a skillet over medium high heat with the butter.

Let the onions cook down until they start to caramelize.

Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Drain any extra grease from the skillet.

Slice King’s Hawaiian rolls in half and spread mayo over the inside of the rolls.

Toast the Hawaiian rolls in a skillet until golden brown.

Spray a sheet pan or baking dish with cooking spray and put the rolls toasted side down.

Add a layer of American cheese.

Add the ground beef on top of the cheese.

Top with the cooked onions.

Add more cheese on top.

Put the tops of the slider rolls on toasted side up.

Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Enjoy!! Dip in the homemade burger sauce!
