Peach Pie

Pastry for 9 inch pie
5 cups sliced fresh peaches (about 9 medium)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 T. butter or margarine
Directions
Heat oven to 425. Prepare pastry. Mix peaches and lemon juice. Stir together sugar, flour and cinna- mon; mix with peaches. Turn into pastry-lined pie pan; dot with but- ter. Cover with top crust, put slits in top, seal and flute. Cover edge with strip of aluminum foil. Re- move for last 15 minutes of bak- ing. Bake 35 - 45 minutes, or until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slit in crust.
