1/2 cup heavy cream
5 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
15 grams (1 and 1/2 tbsp) vanilla instant pudding powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 430 F
Coat ramekins with butter or parchment paper
Put ingredients in bowl and mix with hand blender
Pour into ramekins
Bake 20 minutes until golden brown
Let cool 15 minutes
Cool in fridge for 1 hour minimum
Keeps for 3-4 days in the fridge
Top with powdered sugar if desired
