8 oz Burrata
Zest of 1 Lemon
1/4 cup Chopped Pistachio
2 cups Blueberries
1/4 cup Chopped Shallot
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
Pinch of Red Pepper Flake
Fresh Thyme
Flaky Salt
Pepper
Few Glugs Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Basil

Directions
Add blueberries, shallot, honey, brown sugar, thyme, red pepper flake, thyme, salt, pepper, and balsamic to a pan. Give it a good mix, and pop that in the oven at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the blueberries pop and start to get sticky & jammy. Let it cool for a few minutes before you top your burrata with lots of that agradolce! And I like to finish it with chopped pistachio for a nice crunch, fresh basil, and EVOO.
