  • 8 ounces chicken

  • One small can sliced black olives

  • 16 ounce pace picante

  • One small can Ortega chilies, chopped

  • 2 cups cooked white rice

  • 3 ounces sour cream

  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Brown chicken

  2. Add salsa, chilies and olives, stir.

  3. Add sour cream to rice and stir.

  4. And everything together

  5. add cheese and combine until melted.
