Moroccan Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Sweet Paprika

2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger

2 Tablespoon Melted Butter

4 Tablespoon Virgin Olive Oil

1 Lemon Juiced

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

½ Kg Chicken Breast

Directions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients

  • Meat/Poultry: Add meat to a plastic zip-lock bad and pour over the marinade. Marinade for 4-24 hours.

  • Fish/Seafood: Pour over fish or seafood and leave for 30 minutes before cooking
