Best Peach Pie

Ingredients

6 cups frozen unsweetened peach slices

1/2 to 3/4 cups sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons tapioca

1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

milk

sugar

ground cinnamon

Directions

PREHEAT: Convection bake to 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove foil; bake for 20 to 30 minutes more or till golden.

1. Let peaches stand for 15 to 30 minutes or till peaches are partially thawed, but still icy.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the 3/4 cup sugar, the tapioca and the 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Add the peaches. Turn peach mixture in pie.

3 Brush the top of crust with milk, sprinkle with a little sugar and cinnamon.

4. Cover edge with foil.
