Tomato, Melon & Burrata Salad

1 and 1/2 lbs tomatoes (a mix of larger tomatoes cut into wedges and halved cherry tomatoes)
1 and 1/2 pounds melon, cut into crescents or half-crescents
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup hot pickled peppers, such as oil-packed Calabrian chili peppers or pepperoncini
1/4 cup white wine or red wine vinegar
1 small handful of basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
2 balls burrata
Directions
Put tomatoes and melon in bowl, season generously with salt and pepper. Toss gently
Add hot peppers and vinegar. Toss
Add basil and olive oil
Pull apart burrata and distribute right before serving
