28 oz can of tomatores, whole and peeled
1/2 stick butter
16 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp yondu/msg
sugar
crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
preheat oven to 425, put tomatoes in baking tray and crush, add rest of ingerdients and roast for 45 minutes.
mix sauce and a ladle of pasta water, mix cooked pasta in, add basil and cheese.
