Ingredients

1 Box Curry roux

An Amount Of chopped onion

1 Bundle Fresh carrots

2 Turnips

Sesame oil

1 bag cauliflower rice, Justin

1/2 cup uncooked sushi rice, Sara

1 pound meat, stew beef, chicken, etc...

Directions

Prep ingredients: cut veggies and meat, set up rice cooker

Fry onions in a little sesame oil, add meat. Fry till cooked. Start rice cooker then add veggies to meat pan and medium boil till veggies cooked (5-10m).

Add required water and curry roux cubes, mix well, simmer for ~15m.

Last 5m of simmer microwave cauliflower rice.

Portion into 4 serving and cover respective rice
