Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

2 (1 ¼-lb.) flank steaks

½ cup soy sauce

¼ cup Pickapeppa sauce

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 tablespoons Burgundy or other dry red wine

3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 ½ tablespoons brown sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Prick both sides of steak with fork, and place in Ziploc bag(s).

Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steak.  Cover and marinate 24 hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.

Remove steak from marinade.  Grill over hot coals 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until desired degree of doneness.

To serve, slice steak across grain in thin slices.
