Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

To make 4 skewers you will need:
650g boneless & skinless chicken thighs
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Juice 1/2 lime
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chilli powder (add more if you like it quite spicy)
1 tsp garlic
Pinch salt & pepper
Directions
Dice the chicken thighs then add to a bowl with the paprika, chilli powder, garlic and salt & pepper.
In a separate bowl mix together the mayo, sriracha, sweet chilli, lime juice & soy sauce.
Add 2/3 of the sauce to the chicken & stir well.
Add the chicken to skewers and then cook in the airfryer at 190 for 20 mins basting every 5 mins with the left over sauce and turning half way through.
Serve with some rice & top with optional garnish of spring onion and chilli flakes.
