Garlic Parmesan Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients

2 - 5.4 oz bags Knorr Creamy Chicken Flavored Rice or Herb & Butter Rice

2 cups rotisserie or cooked chicken (diced or shredded)

3 ½ cups chicken stock (or hot water + 1 heaping tablespoon of granulated bouillon)

2/3 cup white wine

2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (plus more for topping)

5 garlic cloves (minced)

4 tablespoons salted butter (melted)

1-2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

1 ½ cups Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 tsp each: salt and pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Into a greased 9x13 casserole dish add in all of the ingredients in order, using a whisk to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes, or until most the liquid is absorbed into the rice. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes to allow the remaining moisture to be absorbed.

Sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese if desired and serve.
