Muffuletta Sandwiches

1 (10-inch round) Italian bread loaf
2 cups Olive Salad (9 hour make time-https://www.umami.recipes/recipe/JDFWQtyTcNyNaMtN5wun)
1/2 pound sliced hard salami
1/2 pound sliced cooked ham
6 Swiss cheese slices
6 thick provolone cheese slices
Directions
Slice the loaf of bread in half crosswise and scoop out the soft bread from both halves, leaving a 1-inch-thick shell.
Reserve the soft bread centers for making bread crumbs, if desired.
Spoon 1 cup of olive salad evenly into the bottom of the bread shell.
Arrange the salami, ham, and cheese over the salad. Top with the remaining cup of olive salad.
Cover with the top bread and slice.

Dolly says: "I first tasted muffuletta spread--it's also called olive salad--on one of my early appearances in New Orleans. It sure is addictive, and when no one's lookin' I eat it with a fork right from the jar. If you have olive spread in your pantry, you have the makings for lots of these sandwiches, which are hearty enough to make a meal out of."
