High Protein Crispy Edamame

1 cup frozen edamame (thawed)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic powder
A generous splash of soy sauce
Pinch of red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Optional toppings: crispy chilli oil, sesame seeds
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine thawed edamame (pat dry with paper towel), sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Toss until evenly coated.
Spread the edamame in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 8–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the edamame is golden and crispy.
Serve hot, topped with a drizzle of crispy chilli oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
You can also bake these in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
