VEGGIE SIDE Carrots Parmesan

1 lb medium carrots (sliced into ½ inch rounds)
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon EACH: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper
¾ cup finely grated parmesan cheese (divided)
1 tablespoon franks hot honey
Directions
Mix the carrots with the oil, spices, and ¼ cup of the parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the rest of the parmesan on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and then arrange the carrots on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Drizzle with hot honey when they come out of the oven.
