DESSERTS Blueberry Biscuits And Cream

Ingredients

– 16 ounce bag of frozen blueberries

– 1/2 cup melted butter

– 3/4 cup light brown sugar

– 2 cans Pillsberry blueberry sweet biscuits

– Large 4 C heavy cream

Directions

– Preheat oven to 375°

– Grease a 9 x 13 pan

– Put two cans, blueberry biscuits in pan and reserve the icing

– Pour heavy cream over biscuits half way up

– Pour 1/2 to 3/4 bag frozen blueberries over the top.

– Mix 1/2 cup melted butter and 3/4 cup light brown sugar and pour the mixture over the top.

– Cover with foil

– Bake at 375° for 40 minutes

– Drizzle both the reserved icings over the top of the cooked dessert.
