1c water
2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp salt
3c flour
1 tbsp baking soda & 1 tbsp brown sugar for boiling
1 egg yolk & 1 tbsp water for egg wash
Directions
425 degrees | 15 minutes
starter, honey, salt & flour, mix 5 to 10 minutes
cover & rest 8 to 12 hours
divide into 15 pieces & shape
cover & rest 1 hour
boil pretzels, egg wash & bake
